WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Paypal.

We use the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology to protect your Customer Information when you purchase from our online store.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it is within 48 hours of your order being processed contact our customer care team on customercare@viviperfumes.com straight away and we can adjust your order before we deliver the product. This will ensure quick turnaround and unnecessary shipping charges.

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. We will look to expand to Europe and International Countries soon. Please get in touch with us on hello@viviperfumes.com if visiting our website from overseas for order inquiries. Retailers are welcome.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?

Take a deep breath, grab a cup of tea to relax. Delivery is full tracked by our delivery partners Royal Mail (available in the UK). If you have not received a tracking confirmation please contact us on customercare@viviperfumes.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

UK: We offer 3 delivery options including:

- Standard Delivery (2-5 working days)

- Next Day Delivery (latest order by 12 pm weekdays)

- Saturday Delivery (latest order by 12 pm Friday)

International: Delivery times vary depending on your location

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We pride on our quality. We have spent a long time on the design and development of Vivi Perfumes so the quality of our perfumes meets your high expectations. As a result, we hope you won't need to read this section.

Damaged Good Return

If you receive any items which are damaged, please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of the delivery. Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use.

Customers wishing to return perfume items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by Royal Mail or any other courier that is used. Vivi Perfumes does not cover return postage costs.

Incorrect Order Return

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Vivi Perfumes will send the correct item, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item and ensuring they are in their original condition. Vivi Perfumes will cover the return postage costs in this event.

Return Process

To return an item please send an email to customercare@viviperfumes.com and include a note with the following information, upon receipt we will make an assessment for approval and provide the return address:

- Your Order Number

- Your Name

- Your Email Address

- The Product You Are Returning

- The Reason For The Return (Damaged Goods or Incorrect Order)

- Whether You Would Like a Refund Or An Exchange

All cancellations, return, refund claims also require the following documentation for processing:

1) Product with the original invoice.

2) Product must be in original, saleable condition and in the original Vivi Perfumes packaging.

3) We recommend using regular post, take a photo of your returning package with the postage receipt visible.

A full refund of the product purchase will be made however postal charges are not refundable.

In an event when an item has been ordered and cancelled just before being dispatched from our distribution centre, the customer will receive the full refund of the product and postal charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR REFUND?

Refunds once processed can take 5-10 working days.
